VP Customer Relationships Job Description

At Masabi, we're seeking a highly skilled VP Customer Relationships to lead our team of Account Managers. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers
  • Negotiate contract extensions and renewals with key customers
  • Define account-specific plans and consult on fare collection strategies
  • Work closely with the CEO and CFO to set revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Identify untapped upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Craft and implement robust strategies for agency engagement and customer retention
  • Build and maintain high-value customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention
  • Act as a senior escalation point for issue resolution and customer complaints
  • Advocate for the team and customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
