As an Educational Leader for Young Minds, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of young learners. You will be responsible for implementing our research-backed curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Partner with parents to ensure open communication and collaboration
  • Support the success of your center by achieving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willing to obtain
