Key Responsibilities:
As a Medication Technician (RMA), your role will involve:

• Assisting residents with daily medication administration

• Maintaining accurate resident medication records and documentation, including distribution, ordering, filing, and storage

• Enhancing the quality of life for older adults by aiding with medical appointments, pharmacy interactions, and daily living activities

• Demonstrating ethical conduct and collaborating effectively with fellow team members to support residents

• Participating in on-the-job training and exploring opportunities for professional growth and advancement

• Holding necessary certifications such as Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR, as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.00 to $21.85, based on prior work experience and qualifications.
