Job Summary:
The Hearing Test Technician will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, assisting with patient assessments, and supporting the audiology team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare as a Medical Assistant (MA).
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing tests using audiometric equipment
  • Prepare and maintain test equipment
  • Record and document patient information accurately
  • Assist audiologists with patient assessments and evaluations
  • Educate patients on test procedures and hearing health
  • Maintain a clean and organized testing environment
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Provide excellent patient care and customer service


Qualifications:
  • Current and valid MA license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
