Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing site risks and developing solutions to improve working conditions, industrial safety, and environmental respect.
  • Support the development of an annual HSE action plan for site management.
  • Coach and support site management and employees on HSE best practices.
  • Participate in Faurecia's HSE network and contribute to the development of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor legal compliance and manage site relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
  • Understand and report HSE indicators, including FR0t and environmental data.
  • Assist in organizing and driving HSE audits and training programs.
  • Conduct accident investigations and drive corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
  • General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies.
