About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for our Support portfolio. As a key member of our Global Services team, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans that drive awareness, preference, and adoption of our Support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our Support services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, including their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing Support services, including product launches and major updates.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop positioning and messaging for Support services, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and adoption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
