Dining Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our food service operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of food service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
- Waited table and catering experience is preferred.
- Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
