Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Batteries Plus Bulbs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs
  • Process sales transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months prior work experience preferred
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company's electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Demonstrated technical skill and ability to work small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
