About the Job: As a Studio Service Excellence Representative, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. You will work one-on-one with customers via email, phone, and social media platforms to address queries and concerns, providing subject matter expertise on FitLab products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities: Create personalized brand experiences for customers, provide technical support, recognize unique customer needs, and adapt your approach accordingly. You will respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, follow up to ensure resolution, and keep informed about Company products and events.

What We Offer: A competitive estimated salary of $57,500 per year, based on industry standards and location. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work onsite 2-3 days per week. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
