Lead Our Team to Success

CHAMBERLAIN is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience, we're a pioneer in our industry. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll learn our process, develop relationships with existing clients, and lead a small team to achieve similar results. You'll become an expert in training and mentoring, and as you master our systems and process, you'll be poised for advancement to the Agency Director role. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service our existing client base with excellence.
  • Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
