We are seeking a skilled Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Charlotte North Carolina facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to our team of appointment setters
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive energy development and customer growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in solar energy

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a call center or sales environment
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solar industry experience
  • Call center management experience
