Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Sous Chef to lead our team and drive success in our rapidly growing restaurant management position in Atlanta, GA.

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and developing staff, and creating a safe working environment for employees and customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high ratio of return customers through great service, overseeing guest services, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice safety as priority #1 for your restaurant team and customers
  • Maintain a high ratio of return customers through great service
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a cohesive team
  • Promote, demonstrate, and lead a memorable customer restaurant experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Restaurant Management
  • Success in previous positions
  • Physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Able to thrive in a quick-paced environment
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training
  • Have a stable work history
