About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our stores
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales; experience in the paint industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
