Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional and digital materials such as flyers, postcards, brochures, social media, web banners, and trade show materials for branch offices.
  • Extend organic reach and engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter to drive traffic, generate leads, and extend our brand to consumers and potential new teammates.
  • Keep in contact with Loan Officers at assigned branch offices and follow up in email and phone communication.
  • Coordinate seminar events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, ensuring they are effectively marketed, RESPA-compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Train and support Loan Officers on marketing software tools.
  • Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and promotional merchandise.
Requirements:
  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar marketing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
