Job Responsibilities:

As a key contributor within a collaborative team, you will oversee the general accounting and financial operations of our organization. Your role will involve executing financial transactions and accurately recording them in the general ledger with meticulous attention to detail. Additional administrative tasks will include scanning and filing reconciliations.

  • Support various accounting functions.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Assist in the monthly closing process.
  • Prepare financial reports and undertake special projects.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in a construction or paving environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista software is a plus.
