As a Wealth Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisor (FA) team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact for clients on any non-administrative requests/needs while supporting relationship management activities and developing, implementing, and monitoring the team's client service model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients on any non-administrative requests/needs while supporting relationship management activities.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations.
  • Client Service Model: Execute on the team service model, including engaging with specialists/partners to address client's needs.
  • Client Book Segmentation: Assist the Financial Advisor team and/or Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
  • SAFE ACT Registration: Individuals in this role are required to maintain a Form ADV -2B, which provides clients details on individuals experience and educational background, along with other requirements governed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Designations: Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
