Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Deliver a wide range of services to make transactions feel like part of the experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet quality standards and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
