Requirements
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
    • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience Working in the Fitness Industry
    • Experience working in the fitness industry, preferably in a member services role
  • Leadership and Supervisory Skills
    • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of high performers
  • Basic Computer Proficiency
    • Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and use new software and systems
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
