Job Title: Member Services Representative Shift Lead

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative Shift Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Member Services Representatives, and ensuring a positive member experience at our fitness clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Lead a team of Member Services Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they're meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the oversight and operation of the fitness club, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention, working closely with the Club Manager and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the member experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
