Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train team members on safe equipment operation and proper packaging procedures
  • Assist in making batches by emptying bulk bags and liquid totes
  • Package granular and liquid products in plastic bags and bottles, including filling, sealing, marking, boxing, and palletizing
  • Operate a forklift to transport materials and maintain inventory accountability
  • Support the supervisor with daily organization and packaging oversight
  • Participate effectively in group discussions and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift bags weighing up to 55 pounds, and perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, and standing
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to new chemical processes and equipment
