We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Brookdale University Park. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our buildings and grounds, as well as overseeing the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of life safety systems and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track utility consumption, and maintain inventory control for general supplies and equipment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
- Valid state driver's license required for vehicle travel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,850.00 to $86,850.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and more.
