**In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative assistance to both the Collision and Service Departments. Your primary focus will be to liaise with the Parts Department, Service Department, and Collision Manager to effectively schedule repair timelines while ensuring customers are informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**- Manage parts ordering and oversee installation processes**

**- Collaborate with Insurance Companies regarding estimates and approvals**

**- Maintain communication with customers about the status of their repairs**

**Essential Qualifications:**

**- Prior experience in a collision or body shop environment is preferred**

**- Familiarity with RV products or a background in camping lifestyle is advantageous**

**- Proficient in computer usage and capable of conducting internet research as necessary**

**- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively are essential**

**- Adherence to departmental procedures and policies is required**

**- A valid driver's license is necessary**

**- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices**

**- Capability to engage in prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending**

**Compensation Package:**

**Salary Range:** $36,330.00 - $49,953.75 Annually
