About the Role

At Jobs for Humanity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Science and Technology Innovation Leader to join our team. As a Science and Technology Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and growing a national security portfolio of programs spanning a broad S&T spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow a national security portfolio of programs spanning a broad S&T spectrum.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client executives through content-driven discussions aligned to the client's priorities.
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Translate requirements into robust win strategy; test and validate solutions with customers, advance value proposition and differentiated bid elements based on compelling features and benefits.
  • Gather pursuit/program intelligence to assess competition, evaluating strengths and threats to differentiate Jobs for Humanity against competitors.
  • Drive corporate teaming and direct our technical solution through final proposal submission.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multi-tasking environment.
  • Advise or manage multiple programs and contracts supporting a variety of Government customers, industry partners, and/or subcontractors.
  • Responsible for enforcing work standards, project resource management, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of Jobs for Humanity and its customers.
  • Supporting the alignment of quality, cost, and customer satisfaction in support of the contract objectives and corporate initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to train and direct multi-discipline teams potentially dispersed geographically.
Requirements
  • Active/current Top Secret clearance is required.
  • PhD degree and 10+ years or more of related experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and builds a qualified pipeline of opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrated, sustained ability and reputation of supporting winning complex, prime contract awards in support of federal government clients with values in the range of $25M - $150M single-award deals and above.
  • Demonstrable understanding of federal procurement acquisition process, contract types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts), as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus) is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth. PMP certification.
  • Experience supporting a National Laboratory.
  • Prior service with DHS, DoD, and DOE.
