Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Innovation Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in innovation, business development, and strategic leadership roles required.
  • 6+ years of experience in innovation, business development, and strategic leadership roles.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical and data management teams. Proven track record of successfully leading innovative projects from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation methodologies. Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and convert them into actionable implementation plans. Have strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigate complex organizational structures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Experience with taking risks and challenging the status quo to drive innovation and growth.
  • This position will require working at our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days a week.
