Our Challenge

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team and contribute to our strong scientific and engineering culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality and perfection, and will be able to architect, design, and build next-generation algorithms for our recommendation engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and extend large-scale and complex recommender systems
  • Implement state-of-the-art supervised and unsupervised learning methods in a production environment
  • Take initiative and ownership, exhibiting technical leadership and mentoring skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
  • 10 years of programming experience
  • Good understanding of state-of-the-art supervised and unsupervised learning methods
  • Experience with developing and extending large-scale and complex recommender systems
  • A rock-solid foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, software design)
Preferred/Nice-To-Have Experience
  • Up-to-date on the state-of-the-art topics related to Machine Learning and Recommendation Systems
  • Experience starting new products at the ground floor
  • Working in a very fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
