As an Optical Sales Professional at LUXOTTICA OF AMERICA INC, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional optical experience for our guests by combining your knowledge, skills, and personality with their needs and our high-quality fashion brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
