Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the team with inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have a substantial understanding of the job and be able to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the team with inventory management, ensuring accuracy of documentation and using system tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Works with internal and external customers to ensure timely deliveries and coordinates inventory transfers with related departments.
  • Handles hazardous materials independently and ensures proper storage and compliance with regulatory protocols.
  • Assists with daily warehouse duties, satisfying internal customers' requirements, and ensures accuracy of shipments.
  • Tracks and manages inventory, including allocations to internal customers and scheduling materials to be moved to and from data centers.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Regional hazardous materials certification is preferred.
