Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Senior Living industry.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Senior Living industry and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Estimated base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, plus commission.
