Job Description

Kustom US Inc is a leading provider of property restoration services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients nationwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for executing and supervising mitigation projects, ensuring they are completed with the highest quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety. Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with all project stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results.
  • Operational Duties: Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports. Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director. Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in construction and/or mitigation or restoration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies.
