We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at PBK Architects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Review and redline project documents, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate clash detection, shop drawing reviews, and other project-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in architectural services.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using Revit and other project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
