Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role on projects exceeding $25 million. Experience in K-12 projects is advantageous.
  • Preferred educational background: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
Your Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Safety Management:
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols; oversee safety planning, implementation, and documentation for assigned projects.
  • Lead project planning efforts, develop and execute pre-construction plans, and determine appropriate construction methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain the Site Utilization Plan.
  • Oversee the creation of the CPM baseline, conduct monthly updates, and manage narratives and adjustments related to changes and delays.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess equipment needs.
  • Review monthly subcontractor payment applications to confirm alignment with actual work completed.
  • Facilitate vendor and subcontractor coordination on a daily and weekly basis, proactively identify and resolve construction challenges, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain precise timekeeping and financial records.
  • Analyze weekly labor reports and monthly job cost reports to identify areas requiring attention, and implement necessary changes to maintain budget compliance.
  • Administer the Quality Control Program.
  • Fulfill all jobsite reporting obligations, including daily reports, weekly updates, and monthly construction schedule revisions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized jobsite.
  • Mitigate potential change orders and back-charges from subcontractors that could impact project profitability, documenting as necessary.
  • Complete project closeout in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Regular attendance at the worksite.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
