Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SIPR Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Peraton. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M365 administration, Active Directory administration, and network troubleshooting within a Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • SIPR Triage and Troubleshooting: Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the SIPR environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Escalation: Manage escalations by directing complex issues to higher-level technical support or appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • M365 Administration: Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365, addressing user issues and performing regular maintenance tasks.
  • Active Directory: Object management and configuration, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and security settings are correctly configured and maintained.
  • Windows 10/11 Support: Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Address and resolve network-related issues, ensuring secure and efficient communication within the SIPR network.
  • File & Printer Server Support: Provide support for file and printer servers, ensuring accessibility, proper configuration, and resolving related issues.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports on incidents, resolutions, and system performance for management and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users, maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School level plus some specialized training; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Active Secret Clearance required, Active Security+ Certification required, Active Network+ Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong experience in M365 administration, proven ability to perform Active Directory administration, proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems, proven ability to perform network troubleshooting, experience in File & Printer server support.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work shifts as part of a 24/7 operational team.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
