At Connor Co., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Driver/Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Moline, IL. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient delivery operations, this role requires someone who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a patient and professional attitude while managing a busy workload.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for preparing the truck for operation, inspecting general condition, maintaining truck operating efficiency, loading and unloading delivery trucks, delivering items, picking up returns, verifying products delivered against packing slip, serving customers, and processing inbound materials to the warehouse.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision, and ability to read directions and use a street map to plot the delivery route. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

This is a full-time position with standard warehouse and loading dock environment with regular exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures.
