About the Role:

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
  • Assist with medication administration and follow a prescribed healthcare plan.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being by organizing their home environment and implementing safety measures.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement to help clients perform daily tasks.
  • Transport or escort clients to medical appointments.
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle may be required.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a generous time-off package, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and work/life balance benefits.
