Job Summary: As an Automotive Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise in automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, and electronic systems, will ensure the highest level of service for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across various vehicle makes and models.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems in vehicle systems.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair time and costs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor time.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians and apprentices in developing their skills.

Requirements:

  • ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with extensive knowledge of various vehicle systems.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
