Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Partner to join our team at Madden Industrial Craftsman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a local region by engaging with construction, manufacturing, and property management customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales within an identified region and industries.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with exposure to construction, manufacturing, and property management.
- Knowledge of KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and safety compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $126,500.00 per year.

Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on construction, manufacturing, and property management.
