We are a regional leader in hospice and palliative care, serving patients through our family of care providers.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
This role is salaried full-time to cover on call after hours from 5 pm - 8 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and ending on Friday morning at 8 am.
Job Description:
- As a registered nurse, you'll be a voice for your patients, communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care.
- You'll serve as the patient advocate, ensuring every patient receives quality care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
