Position Title: Manager, CFO Advisory Services (East 57th Street Partners)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role and Responsibilities:
    • You will report directly to the executive leadership of our financial advisory division.
    • Collaborate with fellow Managers and Senior Associates within our Financial Advisory practice.
    • Ensure comprehensive client support by providing hands-on assistance in financial information package consulting, analysis, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and related activities.
    • Deliver services in a timely, efficient, and precise manner.
    • Engage closely with clients and our internal team, fostering robust relationships.
    • Gain insights into various aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years in Big 4/public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
  • Education:
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is essential.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Exceptional proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
    • Robust planning and project management capabilities.
