Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard approved external managers to the platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary steps.
  • Manage Subscription/Redemption processes for Clients investing in Alternative Products, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address KYC/AML and all regulatory elements for Clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary steps.
  • Develop and maintain the Operational Procedure Manual for all critical operational processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Liaise with Compliance and Risk Management to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to the Lead Manager for review and closure in a timely manner.
  • Manage relationships with Audit/Tax Firm to ensure efficient tax reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement Operational Change Management processes to ensure seamless execution of changes.
  • Provide performance data on each Alternative Investment Product, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Alternative Investment Operations, with a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client service and communication abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working with Subscriptions and Redemptions, as well as knowledge of Private Fund Rules and SEC Requirements.
  • Experience working on implementation projects at a large organization, with a strong understanding of change management and process improvement.
  • Experience with performance calculations for Private Funds, with a strong understanding of financial data and analysis.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Masters degree a plus, with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Series 7, 65, and 24 licenses required, with a strong focus on financial industry regulations and compliance.
