Key Responsibilities- Onboard approved external managers to the platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary steps.
- Manage Subscription/Redemption processes for Clients investing in Alternative Products, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address KYC/AML and all regulatory elements for Clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary steps.
- Develop and maintain the Operational Procedure Manual for all critical operational processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Liaise with Compliance and Risk Management to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to the Lead Manager for review and closure in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with Audit/Tax Firm to ensure efficient tax reporting and compliance.
- Develop and implement Operational Change Management processes to ensure seamless execution of changes.
- Provide performance data on each Alternative Investment Product, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Alternative Investment Operations, with a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client service and communication abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience working with Subscriptions and Redemptions, as well as knowledge of Private Fund Rules and SEC Requirements.
- Experience working on implementation projects at a large organization, with a strong understanding of change management and process improvement.
- Experience with performance calculations for Private Funds, with a strong understanding of financial data and analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Masters degree a plus, with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Series 7, 65, and 24 licenses required, with a strong focus on financial industry regulations and compliance.
