- Provide support for related third-party systems and maintain effective project management practices.
- Establish and nurture relationships with IT and operational leaders to facilitate communication and project success.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide on-call support as needed.
- Offer on-site assistance during system go-lives and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Engage in process design initiatives and utilize critical thinking to implement best practices.
- Review software and analyze business operations to ensure system suitability for organizational needs.
- Perform additional duties as required.


Accountability:
- Oversee application sub-projects and execute initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to project leadership.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks while analyzing data and understanding process flows.
- Facilitate team communication and manage implementation needs across various application teams.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks with accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with training teams to enhance end-user adoption of functionalities.
- Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.


Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Current Epic certification in Beaker Clinical Pathology and willingness to pursue Anatomic Pathology certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in EPIC analyst roles, IT implementation, or support.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and the pathology sector, including clinical laboratories and microbiology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Proven experience in documenting workflows and delivering tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Candidates must maintain relevant Epic Certifications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours during major implementations and support efforts.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Bugsy Infection Control, EpicCare Inpatient Orders, or Order Transmittal.
- Proficiency in MS Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.


Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $135,000 - $145,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
