About the Role:

As a Document Processing Specialist at Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC, you will play a vital role in our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process documents, ensuring that they are accurately classified and transmitted to clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to process outbound correspondence from clients, handle electronic and hard copy documents for processing, and maintain accurate records. Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of our team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Receiving and processing documents
  • Ensuring accurate classification and transmission to clients
  • Processing outbound correspondence from clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as the ability to pass a background screen and drug test. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to lift up to 30lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
