We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the overall Search charter for Grocery & Stock-up missions on Amazon. This role will play a leadership role driving change across key elements of Search including Customer Experience, Search Relevance and Offers Experience for Grocery.
You will work closely with senior business, product, and finance leaders in defining the problem. You will influence data scientists, designers & engineers to build a clear roadmap that drives better basket-building & search experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-layer optimization problems and influence across orgs.
- Develop strategic vision based on rigorous analytics and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
- Deliver products that meet customer needs and expectations.
You'll be part of the Grocery CX Product & Design leadership team, which owns the end-to-end customer and omni-channel experience for WW Amazon Grocery.
RequirementsBachelor's degree and 10+ years of product or program management experience.
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements and project management methodologies.
