About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon Fresh Grocery. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive innovation, efficiency, and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the in-stock function, including demand planning, ordering, and capacity management, to ensure optimal inventory availability and health.
  • Collaborate with vendors and store operators to understand business requirements for building a best-in-class VMI supply chain.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business.
  • Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows.
About the Team

The Instock Team at Amazon Fresh Grocery is the driving force behind our supply chain, supporting a significant portion of our product selection. We manage a vast catalog and partner with industry leaders to ensure products are available while optimizing profitability.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience working with complex data sets
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Experience with SQL
Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
