Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team in providing recovery-focused services to individuals with serious, persistent mental illness and/or dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by a physician.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
