Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As an LVN, you will provide recovery-focused services to individuals with mental health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being in a crisis residential treatment center setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Implement direct care services in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN program and current licensure.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, preferably in a crisis residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
