Job Overview

We are collaborating with a reputable Family Owned Commercial Real Estate Firm to identify a skilled Receivables Management Analyst for their finance team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments for outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring all cash application deadlines are consistently met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies affecting the accurate application of cash receipts, including missing or incomplete check details.
  • Adhering to established company standards for cash application accuracy.
  • Recording tenant non-recurring charges.
  • Balancing ledger entries.
  • Engaging in special projects as assigned.
  • Executing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Efficiently handling a high volume of tasks.
  • Demonstrating sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is advantageous.
