  • Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Input customer orders accurately into the system.
  • Access customer portals to retrieve necessary data and process orders.
  • Maintain required queue coverage at all times.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and service information to customers.
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting via phone.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Foster sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is provided using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Participate in ongoing product and material training to enhance knowledge and performance.
  • Support the training and development of new team members.
  • Contribute to various projects beyond customer service responsibilities.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Review and resolve assigned inquiries and issues.
  • Manage location discrepancies and defective product issues as well as urgent delivery requests.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems.
