We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Simmons Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department managers and senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with project management software, including Smartsheet.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and industry best practices.
