Job Summary

STS Aviation Services is seeking highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. As an A&P Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft, with a focus on Airbus A320 and CRJ aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of previous experience working as an A&P Technician in a MRO or Line maintenance environment
  • Valid A&P certifications are required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
