Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed.
  • Document patient histories and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
